Galaxy S7, ONE specific phone # doesn't ring, goes into voicemail

Hi folks, 

I am needing help as I can't get this figured out. 

Only one of phone #s that are coming into the phone goes straight into VM.

Checked blocked list - the number isn't there.

All other callers are able to make it through ok.

No bluetooth devices are involved. 

No call forwarding is set up. 

Call gets autorejected, but there is no autoreject list that I can find

help?

Try removing / deleting the contact from any call history and your contacts list so there's no sign of it on your phone and then ask that caller to ring you and see what happens.

It it still is rejected and you don't have the spam caller setting toggled On in your phone app, 3 little dots in the top Rh corner and call settings and Call ID and Spam Protection then as a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone and then see what happens. If it continues then you'll need to contact your network provider @Foques
