Galaxy S6 Pay keeps popping up even when blocked

I have disabled everything I can find about Samsung Pay but it keeps popping up and trying to become my default pay-app.

Everything is Off, Blocked, no permissions etc

Pay Framework is hidden, no permissions, not default.

 

Can Pay be removed?

I prefer Google Pay so Samsung Pay is one of the apps I uninstall from my phones @theToolMaker 

 

Try going into Settings_Apps_Samsung Pay and uninstall it from there.
