How do I extend the ringtone on this old S6. I keep getting a message....invalid MMI

Hi @Ian W, you'll need to check with your Network provider to see if it's possible to extend the duration of your phone's ringing time. Does the message say "connection problem or invalid MMI code", or just invalid MMI?
