Only used Samsung charger and cable. Prior to connecting a message came on screen saying "connecting to another device could drain the battery" clicked the link and it just took me to the Samsung app page but that was it not to any app in particulare. So charged the phone as it was needed and that is all I can say was any differance in normally charging it which up to then was flawless. any opnions as to what caused it would be appreciated. ( Have had an S5 for 5 years, the one in question is 4 years old and was bought back in April from Music Magpie described as in Pristine condition ..which it was.
