Hello, I have moved 35 folders (from PC or internal memory) but 9 of them keeps emptying up after moving to the MicroSD. Also when I connect the card to PC via adapter it says "There's a problem with this drive, scan it now and fix it". anyone know if it's the smartphone or the SD Card?

Here's the card's info:

Brand: Elgetec

Capacity: 128GB
Partition Format: FAT32

hi @alexeitarulis

your SD card might be corrupted

try formatting it before using it, to give it a fresh start

thanks ☺

I have done that but still the same, do you think that if I replace to a Samsung Original MicroSD (128GB) would make solution? P.S. I'm also facing the same on a Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016) SM-T585. Photos, Videos there turn unplayable

hi @alexeitarulis

right, if this persists on two devices, this could be on the SD card

you may source another SD card to try

just a reminder, the card max size for Note 4 is 128GB

thanks ☺
