I am so disappointed with my new phone. Having and been happy with my note 4 I thought I upgrade to the note 8 because of Bixby only to find that wake up Bixby does not work. The support has been good only to inform me to wait for uk English. The way Samsung perform I could be dead before this happens. I have always been a supporter of Samsung products tv, sound sysems, speakers, radios etc this is last product I will uy from Samsung. I am just sick of Samsung's poor corporate governance. Goodbye Samsung.

You can use the training feature on Bixby by repeating set sentences to it in settings and you can turn up the sensitivity to High which can help. 

Personally I've disabled Bixby as I prefer Google Assistant. 

I appreciate you want Bixby to work well and yes we are all awaiting the UK English addition which will help but to put this into perspective this is just one aspect of a truly powerful phone.
