Galaxy Note 8 Text Disappearing

My text messages on my Galaxy Note 8 just randomly disappear.  Incoming and Sent Messages.  Sometimes they reappear and sometiesothey Don't.  Is any one else having this same issue? 

I have made sure my software is up to date both for OS and the APP.

I have deleted and cleared all all chats from the app.

I have cleared the chat cache and data for the app.

This is very annoying, bothersome and hindering.

Are you using the stock Samsung Messages App or a 3rd party version ?

Or is this in connection to Whatsapp or similar @ATLPittsburgher  ?
