Please Please Please dear Samsung we love you so much but after November and December security update on note 8, me and many other loyal customers around the word are haveing a major broblem that wich the proximity sensor and the irise scanner stoped working completely, pleas can this be fixed by software update hence the broblem is reported not to be hardware related one, thank you very much
