Galaxy J6 – There is recently no audio notification accompanying incoming SMS texts.
(Should there be also a number to denote how many new text messages are unopened against the front Menu page {as my old cheaper android Medion handset}?
I have gone through all the settings numerous times to make sure Volume etc is set with messages etc but no luck.
Other app notifications where selected have audio warnings with incoming changes.
Even deleted recently installed application & restarted still not functioning.
Could it be caused as a ‘side affect’ problem from recent auto Samsung device updates?
Assistance in solving would be greatly appreciated.
