Galaxy J4+

Does the Samsung Galaxy J4 + have the 'call and text on other devices ' feature? If so,  how do I access it?

If not, is there any other way to make calls from my Samsung Galaxy Lite LTE tablet using my phone, and without taking another sim card?

Any help would be appreciated.

@Gambolie : It depends on your current Android version, however if the feature is available then it can be found in Settings > Advanced Features. If your tablet is LTE then you can make calls from it without the need for this feature, though.
