How do I solve this problem? SM-A500FU rear camera does not focus.

If a soft reboot by turning the phone off and on does not help and you have plenty of onboard storage I'd suggest a Samsung Service Centre.

Hey @A65,

On top of what @BandOfBrothers has suggested, you may also want to try a hardware test:

Go over to your dial pad and type in *#0*#, this will bring up a number of tests. Select Mega Cam, does your camera work as normal during the test?

I had already performed that test before I asked for help here. The picture I included was the result of that test: 'A/F failed'

In that case, I'd you'd be best visiting a Support Centre to have your phone looked at.
