Galaxy 8 pin not working

Hi. My galaxy s8 unlock pin will not work.  I know I am entering it correctly.  I do not have the unlock feature set up on the phone either so I can't unlock it that way.  Please help!!!

If you can't remember it or the phone won't accept the pin you believe it is then one option is logging into your Samsung Account via another device and reset things that way @jisonhood8
