Hi I have forgot my fingerprint password, I have been using my iris scanner to enter my phone, my phone battery died and now it is asking for my fingerprint password to enter the phone and I do not know It, what do I do now?

If you are using a samsung account on your phone you can go to findmymobile.samsung.com and logg in with your credentials. In the landing page you will see options on the right hand side next to the location of your phone, there is an option "unlock" which will unlock your phone.

You can't delete the password without knowing it so that would mean a hard reset (after back-up ofcourse).
