finger print reader not working

My j7 pro sometimes when i put my finger at the home botton it always says no match sometime how to fix? Its so embarrasing😣

With my phones @NeilRichard_02 i typically create a few copies for the same fingerprint of the same finger I use most to unlock the phone. 

This gives the phone imo a better chance of reading one of them to unlock.
