Factory reset

Hi,

How do I perform a factory reset for my Samsung galaxy a3 2016? I had the instructions, but lost them.

I don't get text notifications anymore, ever since the software on my phone was updated. My phone doesn't even vibrate when I get a message. It's so frustrating! 

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

As a Factory Reset take a the phone back to its last firmware update all your contacts ,pictures etc will be lost. 

So the 1st thing to do is create back ups which are usually done using your Samsung Account, Google Drive , Dropbox , Sd card and gmail for contacts. 

To perform a Factory Reset it's usually found in sonething similar to...

Settings - General Management - Reset. 

Or hard reset by the method in > Hardreset. Samsung-a3 galaxy-a3-2016

I'm happy to see your issue is Solved...

But there is a similar problem, I noticed...

Some phones are locked, and people like you are worried about loose their data.

So, they want to Unlock the phone without losing their data...

while searching over the internet finally I found a solution for this.
