Exits full screen and pause facebook vids

Hey, i have galaxy j7 pro and my problem is evrey time   my vidoes pause on facebook  and fullscreen on evrey app instgram video call my phone exits from fullscreen and evrey time i have a small window in the right bottem of the phone idk what to do any suggestions?

From what you've described, there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with your phone.

If i'm right in assuming what you mean then the small video window is a feature of the apps, so that you don't have to exit your video fully.
