So my phone came with the place that you insert the SIM is brocken and cracked so some times i have to take it put and put it back in

The sim tray is faulty or broken and it came like that? Did you not contact the retailer or seller straight away? You can normally pick up replacement sim trays from 3rd party sellers cheap anyway... online. Just got to make sure its for the correct model.

yes it is for the correct model because it fits and my brothers phone is the same but dosent have it so i have the right sim card for it

I'd have sent it back and asked for a replacement. If the SIM tray is damaged there's more than likely other internal damage that isn't obvious yet
