Email from Samsung galaxy J5 2017 mobile

When I try to send an email from a link when I open a website I get a message back saying"The email server mail1.eircom.net" is not responding and is unable to send the email. But when I send a email from my browser there is no problem. My eircom email settings are "incoming server"webmail.eircom.net" outgoing server "mail1.eircom.net. many thanks

This means something is wrong with the server names or server port you are using. Found these settings during google search on eircom website:

The server details are as follows:
NEW :
Incoming: webmail.eircom.net
outgoing: mail1.eircom.net
ports incoming: 110
SMTPports outgoing:25
Please make sure SSL/authenication ticket is not ticked/chosen.

Check if the details are set the same on your phone.
