I have transferred my Email app with Smart Switch onto my A21s and got all my mail. It has transferred my personal folders but not the emails within them. How can I get them please?

Have they synced i.e is syncing On.

 

Are you using an imap or pop3 type email account.

You were right, it was a syncing issue. They're all here now, thanks very much, another problem solved.
