I set my eircom.net email account on my 2017 Samsung galaxy J5 MOBILE phone using the Samsung email app. I am able to receive all the emails but am unable to send any. I get the message" failed" My outgoing server setting is "mail1.eircom.net" which is not sending the email. my mobile provider is "Three" formula "o2". Any idea what should my outgoing server should be.

The Samsung email set up wizard should help @1wexford as suggested in your other thread > Setting-up-email-account.
For specific set up protocols I would suggest to speak with your email provider and or use Google Search which may yield results.
