Doesn't show IMEI number as a result 'Not registered on network' problem

I'm using Samsung Galaxy J2 prime phone. Recent months, I couldn't find any network on my phone. As in the net, I tried to figure out what is the problem.. and then I tried to get IMEI number but nothing show up. Even doesn't show any Crompt windows by dialing the code. Help me out how to prevent this problem.

Who supplied the phone to you @Shakil  ?

Does the imei number show in Settings and then About Phone  ?

I got it from Iran by my cousin. Yes, it shows in the settings _about phone option. But its not shown by dialing *#06#, nothing pop up or shown. As a result, NOT NETWORK REGISTERED problem.

I assume your not in Iran yourself @Shakil  ?

There looks to be an issue with the phone but as the phone has been imported you may find that your home countries Samsung Support Department won't help.

Check the warranty small.print from the country of origin for confirmation.
