Hi @bruv   That  Blood Sugar Log  App may well be beneficial for interested members.

If you don't want to log info in an app etc and only want a reminder the phone's standard alarm may work for you - can set multiple alarms for different times of the day and what days they apply to and also name each alarm

A good diabetes app that also allows for reminders is Diabetes M - https://www.diabetes-m.com/ It even has an app for Wear OS smartwatches. I used it for a couple of years. I now migrated to another app which is linked to my continuous glucose monitoring system.
