Other SmartphonesSince purchase, my Galaxy J3 after operating for a length of time breaks down and I do not receive incoming calls. Internet connection and outgoing calls operate correctly. I've sent the phone back to Samsung Electronics in Greece 2 times for checking and service but the same problem occurs. The 3rd time I sent it back they told me nothing is wrong. I have asked for a replacement, which they denied. I am trying to contact a Samsung headquarter where I can file a complaint without success. All the Samsung sites do not have any contact details for a complaint center. Can anyone help me find where I can file a complaint?

Other SmartphonesHi @pavs
Do you not receive incoming calls no matter where you commute to ?
As a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone and another sim card in your phone to see if incoming calls work.
If your sim card has no issues with incoming calls in another phone then Samsung should look at a phone under the 24 month manufacturing warranty.
If it has the same issue in another phone then ask your network to replace your sim card.
Your country may have a Sales Of Good Act like we have here in the U.K
That said the SamsungTeam here maybe able to help you further once they've caught up with your thread.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²² Ultra 256Gb in Phantom Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Other SmartphonesHi, im having the same problem with my J3 (2017) model. Trying to find help is pathetic. I'm going to go in-store to a Samsung retailer.

Other Smartphonesthnks for yr msg. sorry did not see it sooner. The sim card has no problem and it works perfectly in any other device. I do not receive incoming call after a certain period of use that can be even up to 2 months. Every time I sent it back for servicing within the 12 month guarantee I used it successfuly for 2-3 months and then it brakes down and I do not receive calls wherever I commute. So, its not the sim card or the connection that is at fault. Internet also works fine. I have contacted Samsung 4 times and returned the phone but they refuse to replace. This is Samsung in Greece for you!!!

Other SmartphonesHi, I hope you have better luck than I've had!! Please let me know the outcome in your case and in which country you are situated, so I can compare with the feedback I've had with Samsung in Greece. Thanks! Wish you the best!
