Hi I am after advise . the screen on my phone is damaged so its a black screen . my question is how can I get the stuff off my phone then wiping the phone after I have pictures and audio I really dont want to lose help please
If you have a pc or another Samsung phone you could use smart switch. On your pc download smart switch from the Samsung website plug your phone in and back it up moving everything from your phone onto your pc.
