When I ring out I have cant hear the dial tone can any1 help please

Happens to me i can't hear the ringing tone. When I try later it works. Maybe the person you call might not have network connection.

have you tried making a call with your headphones and then trying again without. mine went a bit funny like that a few time but this seemed to sort the problem some how 🤔

I've had similar with WiFi calling where you get no dial tone and the call simply connects.
just check this isn't the issue..
