Hey DannyT , thank you for that .The missing photos are on broken handset that's already been returned. The screen cracked, so couldn't do last gasp backup. I'd hoped photos would have backed up to either cloud or Google photos or drive , they did none of the above 😥 . Any ideas? Cheers
Unfortunately, if they haven't backed up, they will be lost. Your phone has to be factory reset as part of the repair process, which means even the Recycle Bin will be empty.
