Claiming ear buds

Having recently upgraded my phone handset we were told we could claim our ear buds via Samsung members yet I cannot for the life of me see where to do this. Am I being totally thick or do we have to go back to the store to sort the issue

Hey we are having the same issue we upgraded to the s21 we got told we can claim the ear buds via members app but no luck all about the s22
