Hi everyone,

I'm just wondering if I can claim cashback into my bank account, as I'm paying via a credit card.

Hey, @ash16383! The cashback reward will be sent via bank transfer to the bank account provided by you during the claim process: https://samsung-offers.claims/summercashback2023/en-GB/terms

I'm really struggling to open any of the links provided to make a claim. I keep getting an error code. Any ideas.

I received delivery of my order (via John Lewis) on 4/7/23 and submitted my £100 cashback claim on the same day - I am aware it can take upto 45 days to process the claim, but i have not received and confirmation of the claim, nor do the rewards show on my Samsung Account page.... I do not know who to contact to find out if I should submit the claim again.
