Cant set new ringtone on Galaxy S7 phone

I have a ringtone in my dropbox on my phone that i am trying to use as my ringtone on phone , i follow instructions that say to press the add button on the ringtone section in Settings , it then downloads the song but its not added it to the ringtone or the list of sounds in that section. And i cant find the download anywhere on my phone

Try exporting the song from dropbox to your device memory and then try and set it as your ringtone and see if that helps.
