Cant get rid of battery low notification

I recently had to send my galaxy s6 off for repair, and since it has returned I've been getting this same notification whenever my phone reaches 25%. I didn't get this notification at all prior to the repair. It usually appears with a dismiss option, which wouldn't be a problem until I found out while I was operating the device in landscape mode and the notification appeared that the dismiss option was not present and therefore I could not get rid of the notification at all unless I plugged my phone in (couldn't even turn the device off).

Has anyone else had this issue, or would anyone be able to help me disable the notification altogether?

Thanks,

Connor

Hey @Ugmo,

Can you attach a screenshot of the message you're getting?

What version of software is your phone running?

Settings > About Device > Software Info > Android Version
