No ive not come across this before.
You could try various resets such as...
Soft Reboot by turning the device Off and On.
Turn the phone Off and then via a set series of button pressess that takes you into the phones file system and clear the system cache.
Back-up and Factory Reset.
A Samsung service location or Samsung Experience Store can run a diagnostic on the phone.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra 512Gb in Phantom Black.
