I had changed my mind and cancelled an order. I'm wondering if I get a refund or not.

If you have cancelled the order in the terms and conditions of specified time. You should get the refund.

If you are in the UK and you cancelled your order inside the 14 day "Cooling off time", then you will be able to. However, if you had the device for longer and have opened it, you will have to jump through some hoops in order to return it, but you have the law on your side (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
