Can't update to android 10

I have my S8+ smartphone, I can't update it to android 10 and when I am running apps it closes itself which makes me very angry please fix the issue.
Or I will move to iPhone  or other.

s8+ won't get android 10 its already had its 2 os updates it will only receive quarterly security updates
