Hey, my english not perfect so i hope you understand. So basically, when i got my new phone (m33) and when i cross country border with turned on mobile data or just turn it on in another country, i can't use when i came back to my country, i have to restart the phone to use mobile data, and it happens every time until i got tired of this and decided to make a post about it. On my previous phone (a50) it wasn't like this, it showed that can't connect to the mobile data couse i don't have a plan for mobile data outside the country, but i could still connect to mobile data in my country and didnt need to restart the phone. I hope someone could solve this mistery.

Additional info: phone purchased less then 1year ago still under the warranty.

I totally understand and appreciate that a seamless switch is always preferred.

The issue could lie with your network and how it handles the switch.

That said some phone's can probably handle the switch better than others.

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra 512Gb in Phantom Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Network is the same, phone is not, it doesn't make sense why on one phone works as it should and another not?
