Old phone: Oneplus 6T

New phone: Oneplus 7 Pro

I have set up my Galaxy Watch with the new phone through the wearable app, and this works with no issues.

However when I try to sign in to Samsung Health app on the new phone after I enter my credentials, it just go in to the loading spinner screen and dosent move past that.

I have tried to clear cache and local data and uninstall/reinstall the app, but it dosent help.

Any suggestions?

That's exactly what's happened with my Samsung app too. I keep putting my sign info and it does the same thing. Which is nothing. It works fine on my old phone. And the watch app works okay on my new one. It's very frustrating.

I had the same problem on my new Galaxy 4.

Solution for me was to log in via Galaxy Wear app (Watch settings > Account and backup > Samsung account).  Once I did this, the Samsung Health app logged me in.
