I can't receive phone calls, it was working this morning, now I cant receive calls, I can make calls

not to worry, I am here to help. I would like you to try the following steps: turn off your phone, take the SIM out, wipe it, and put it back in. Once done, ensure that the phone's software and apps are all up to date. For the software please head into the phone Settings> Software update> Download and install. For the apps you will need to check both the Galaxy Store and the Google Play Store> Menu> My apps/My apps & games> Update all. 

 

 If this is the case, try to clear the Phone app cache and data by heading into Settings > Apps > Menu (3 dots top right) > Show System Apps > Phone > Storage > Clear cache and then Clear data. 

 

If the issue persists contact your network provider to check whether there are any blocks/restrictions on your account, whether there is any network maintenance in the area and whether the carrier settings on your device need updating.
