Can't get phone back to normal from safe mode

My phone went into "safe mode" and I can't get it back to normal! If someone could help me with this I would really appreciate it. Thanks ray..

If you have a case on the device take it off and check that non of the buttons are stuck. Power off and see if boots normally.

Thanks for your reply....it's my volume down button, it's stuck and I can't turn the volume down. I'm gonna have to bring it back to the store where I bought it from. (It was only 3 weeks ago when I bought it) thanks for your help with this....I will let you know how I get on ....it will be Thursday when I will be able to get to the store with it! Thanks again for your help I'm really grateful.
