Can't change ringtone

I am trying To change my ringtone on S7.

When I go To the choice into the menu, I get the explorer menu instead of the ringtones

It should be something similar to Settings-Sounds and Vibration-Ringtone. 

Try turning your phone Off and On to reset it.

Actually, I try but it does not work.

I did a full reset of the S7 two days ago and it worked normally, but I have again the same problem.

When I go into the vibration menu, I have the normal options,, when I go to the Ringtone menu, I have something like the explorer menu...

And it freezes when I try to
