Can I updated my SM-G928F Android Version, it is currently on 7?

I have an SM-G928F, it no longer connects with Samsung Health and I am on Android version 7, I apparently need to update my android version to get Samsung Health to work   -  I have automatic updates switched on so anything that should have updated will of, can I get a more updated android version of this phone? How? Stumped!

The device hasn't been supported for many years with Android 7 being the last update, sorry.
