@dodge007: Further to the advice offered above, please try closing down any apps via the Recent Apps button in your Navigation Bar. If this doesn't help, head to Settings > Apps > Camera > Storage > Clear Cache, then restart the phone.
Close your other apps down and then turn the phone Off and On.
