Just update my sim card with virgin, not receiving or can make calls, for 4 weeks and virgin constantly giving me sub story, anyone knows how I can fix this problem. I got Samsung s8t.

Hi if you have a spear phone try putting your sim card in it, if it works then it's your phone (s21) or you could reset the APN settings, go to connections then in mobile networks then go into Access point names & reset.

@bless4life I have tried my sim in a different phone, and the same thing , only receiving text and data , and no calls.

You can't fix this yourself. Virgin need to resolve.
