Since the latest update in Nov 2020 I am no longer able to answer calls? I keep getting an error message saying calls app is not working.
I have cleared cache, cleared data, rebooted in safe mode and still not working.
Is this a problem caused by the update or something else as the phone is useless at the minute!
@gmac900: Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue. Please can you confirm the model number and current Android version of your phone? Are you still able to make outbound calls, and send/receive text messages? If you open the Phone app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Answering and Ending Calls > Press Volume Up To Answer, and toggle this on, are you able to answer incoming calls in this manner?
