Hey @Imee ,
is this happening in all the areas and with all your contacts? Do you have a strong network signal when that occurs? If so, please turn the phone off, remove the SIM card, and give the golden contacts a rub before placing this back on the phone.
If the issue continues, run the following test from Samsung Members> Get Help > Go to Phone Care > Interactive Checks> SIM.
