calling problem

I got galaxy s8, since i upgrade my contract and got a new phone galaxy s10 lite, the following day my S8 started to have a problem. When i call it takes few minutes before it connects, and sometimes I cant end the call with the end button. So i need to switch off the phone completely.
Please help

Hey @Imee ,

 

is this happening in all the areas and with all your contacts? Do you have a strong network signal when that occurs? If so, please turn the phone off, remove the SIM card, and give the golden contacts a rub before placing this back on the phone.

 

If the issue continues, run the following test from Samsung Members> Get Help > Go to Phone Care > Interactive Checks> SIM.

yes it happened all the time. especially when i call and the person didnt answer my call, when i tried calling again even different number it will not connect right away. im using my mobile at work, calling patients for their appointments. i have a strong signal too.
