Hi would appreciate some help.  I purchased a refurbish Samsung Galaxy J3 to replace the newish A3 I have as I dropp[ed it once too often and smashed the back.  The phone I purchased seems on occassion barr me from making and receiving calls, and I have to swicth the phone off and on again.  Is there a default password factory setting which will fix this

All of your call barring settings can be found here:

Phone > Settings > Call Settings > More Settings > Call Barring > Voice Call.
