Brand New AKG headphones stopped working in 1 month

I recently upgraded to a Samsung S20 5G last month and over all the phone is an amazing product. My only issue is the headphones that came with them randomly stopped working on the right side, I have tried all audio and equaliser settings to fix this and it is definitely the headphones with the issue as I've tried them in other devices to check. How would I go about getting these replaced with the product being under warranty?

normally when I do a upgrade through my network if there's a fault within 6 months the network send a courier out to replace the accessory. I am with EE UK.

Hi,
You can check the Samsung website. You can change ur headphones as it has warranty
