@C4banksy: Any passkeys required to pair your phone to a Bluetooth device should be displayed on the device's screen as a pop up box at the point of pairing (Bluetooth Pairing Request). If you confirm your phone's model number along with the device you are attempting to pair I can have a look into this further for you.
