Unless you are using the Bluetooth for something like pairing a watch or earbuds, smart speakers, something like that then no.
Sometimes Apps like the NHS one, that uses the Bluetooth to see if you have been in close contact with someone who has covid, or another type of tracking App.
They would need Bluetooth on. You'd need to check the specific permissions if you don't know.

As has been mentioned Bluetooth should only be switched on for Devices or Apps which require it.  Whilst not likely to be a great deal of battery drain discopnnecting when not required will avoid possibilty of unwanted devices connecting.  see some information in this article https://www.androidauthority.com/does-bluetooth-drain-battery
