Worked for me as well.

What to sayto Bixby, say "what's the temperature in celcius"?

This seems to work otherwise it defaults to farenheit.

Yeah, but telling her to say the weather in celsius EVERY time, is annoying and eventually people like me will end up in forums looking for a solution for it. The solution where I had to change the voice from US to UK.... I hate that british accent she has now. So... I have to listen to her british accent or keep telling her "in celsius" all the time........

Centigrade was renamed to Celsius in 1948.

If you prefer modern SI metric units rather than middle ages imperial then it is a good idea to learn what those units are and how they are defined or derived.

I know this is an old issue that can be changed in alarm settings.  Ask Bixby to open alarm settings.  Select World Clock, bottom of screen for me.  Then select the 3 dots and choose settings.  Change the Temperature to C or F.  Done.  Bixby was reporting weather in C everywhere else, except the wake up alarm.
