Bixby missing after S7 edge Oreo Update

I updated my S7 edge to Oreo today once received but after updating and setting everything up Bixby Home isn't present and not even present in the apps section in settings. It is missing from my update after waiting for Oreo for two months. How can I solve this please ?

It might be worth checking in the settings of it's still activated. 

What happens it you swipe left on the home screen. 

Try going into your Galaxy Apps and search for bixby home. 

A Samsung Service Centre or Samsung Experience Store will be able to help you further with this situation too.

It is not even in settings or in the Home screen settings. When I swipe left nothing happens as i only have the option of Briefing Magazine but I keep it deactivated. I searched for everywhere in the phone but it is missing.

We can confirm that generally Bixby won't be available for the S7 or S7 Edge, but there may be some features that are/will be available in the future. At the moment we don't have any information that this will be the case, but do keep an eye out for future updates!
