Gmail for Contacts.
I also.use my Samsung Account to back up to.
I pull down my control centre and ensure the sync is toggled on and im logged into my Samsung Account.
I also go into settings > Cloud and Accounts > Samsung Cloud > And back up.
Also I use Google contacts.
To back up my photos I also use Dropbox.
